Starting today fitness classes, spa treatments, health foods, surprise celebs and more--all free! Take Hula Hoop Pilates or Strip Bar, relax with a blackberry massage or customized essential oils, sample the latest healthy snacks or let a nutritionist guide you through the aisles of Whole Foods Market.
