Perusing the Wedding Bee website I came across these delicious looking ice cream cupcakes! I was so excited to find my two favorite foods together I couldn't not post about this, don't they look delicious?! And its easy peasy to make - I'm thinking that mint choc chip and cookies and cream would be the perfect flavors to experiment with!
Here is the recipe:
Let different flavors of ice cream soften, and then spread them into cupcake liners and refreeze. Add crushed graham cracker or oreos to the bottoms to make a crust.
I cant wait to try these!
